Ariel's eyes flashed dangerously, and Vanitas suddenly found himself frozen, unable to move Mowgli's body.

"Need I remind you that I am a god now?" she hissed.

Ariel frowned, and then closed her eyes, going through the telepathic link she and Mowgli had, much like that one time with Evil!Teen Mowgli. Once in his head, she glared at Vanitas.
